It was not that hard, just be ready to answer questions regarding current market trends. Know basic concepts and understand how to model. First round was an easy screening with a basic cap rate question, 2nd round got more technical.

What is something that separates you from other candidates?
Did not hear back after a positive conversation with the manager. I sent a follow up email and it was crickets. I found the lack of response extremely unprofessional. It was disappointing because the manager really was enthusiastic while talking with me and seemed excited to move onto the next round.

Has a first round interview with an HR director which was completely behavioral. She asked me about my background, why Charleston, why GreyStar very run of the mill. Currently interviewing for a second round. Was told this would be technical and behavioral.

Simple 3 rounds of interviews, talent acquisition screen, manager, and then director of the region. I also had to complete a simple excel assessment. Overall an easy interview process and did receive the job offer.
