Interview

This was for a Co-op day. They brought all of the applicants that made it past the initial screening to interview for an in person all day event. They had a networking portion in the morning with breakfast to meet and greet with various employees. Next they had a town hall type meeting where they had a presentation about Grinnell Mutual. Following/during the presentation they had a panel of workers, current co-ops, and prior co-ops (now full time) to speak about their time during their co-op.
