An introductory email to schedule a time to talk. After a time was established there was a phone interview for about 45 minutes, give or take. After the interview the recruiter would talk with the head of the department and assess if if was a good match and have the necessary skills/ certificates. Afterward you get a message to see if you progress on to the next level.
