First round was with HR and second round was with a program manager. He asked few general questions about my current and previous experiences. After few days, recruiter contacted me and scheduled a technical screening. It's a 45 minutes skype call with a coding test. The interviewer is a junior resource. Initially she asked about my background and gave me two coding test. I completed coding for the first one, and for the second she just asked the logic. Also she asked, few core java question. I answered all of them. I don't know why I didn't get selected for the next step even though i answered all the questions. It's really a waste of time. I think they conduct interviews to pass time.
