Interview
Looking back at the reviews about young management, I could tell this was a kid trying to play a grown-up. He was late to the interview and honestly came off as if I was interrupting his day. They may or may not reach back out to me, but I would decline either way. Very unimpressed.

Interview
The Recruiter was absolutely one of the worst I have ever dealt with, she seemed to not know much about the role she was interviewing me for. To be honest I don't think she knew much of anything. She was incredibly rude when going through my background and made me feel like I was too old or in her words "too seniored" to be a part of xAd. So I'm within budget and have the exact background but "too seniored" so I'm a hard pass?
I don't think I would ever want to work for a company that is this ageist and obnoxious if they are anything like what their recruiting is like.
Also, I had to hold my phone about four feet from my ear beachside she was basically screaming at me the entire time. Not a positive experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review.
