The interview process was VERY unprofessional and I feel that it is racially motivated. I applied for the position online once it posted and didn't hear anything from anyone regarding candidacy for over a week until I reached out to an executive through my own research which is when I finally received a response. Once I spoke with the recruiter, she asks a lot of questions about my experience then concluding the interview I asked what they were looking for in a candidate? Through the interview, I explained how I successfully did what was being looked for. I even further submitted detailed information about myself to the recruiter that would allow her to explain how qualified I was as I had done the job of which I was applying for. I hadn't heard anything back for over another week so I reached back out to the recruiter and she tells me they were looking for a "more experienced" candidate for the role as I have managed the role I was applying for so I knew there was more to this then the reason I was given. The reviews are accurate about the company putting inexperienced people in roles and allowing them to feel they are important. I have worked for Fortune 100 companies and know when I have been racially profile. This is unfortunate because I feel I could have been an asset to the company and what they were trying to do if "indeed" thats what they were trying to.
