Interview
The interviewer did not ask any QA related questions.
He was more interested in hiring a developer, and perhaps does not understand the difference
between a quality assurance engineer and a software developer.
He asked to solve a programming challenge and decided the solution provided was incorrect and would not return the correct result. The solution provided was correct, but he was adamant that it was not. I'm not sure why he is in this management role when he does not understand the QA process/methodology nor can he read code.

Interview
Consisted of 4 people who probably had no clue of Software QA, except for one of them. The company has some-what ill mannered people working there who answer their cell phones while they're interviewing, and some who interrupt you a couple of times while you're writing code on the board.
