Was initially contacted by the recruiter and had a lovely introductory call with her. Then I moved on to a 30 min. interview with the hiring manager. This interview was far more technical and very focused on formal management training. I was then asked if I would feel comfortable moving forward as just a Manager, Revenue Operations, as I did not have the formal direct report training they were looking for.
