The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at GroundTruth
Interview
I had a phone screen with the first recruiter, who then continued to incorrectly schedule my second round with the director. I moved on to the in person round, which was 3 interviews. On site, nobody seemed prepared for my interviews. After this, I didn’t hear anything from the company for 2+ weeks even after I sent some follow ups. I put trips on hold for this opportunity as it involved moving, so if it was a definite no it would have been great to find out earlier. I asked for feedback multiple times and did not receive an answer to my emails. This is a small industry, so it’s dangerous for a company to do ice someone out. Overall, the recruiting process is unprofessional. Fire your current recruiters and hire some new ones.
