I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Groundworks (Alabaster, AL) in May 2025
Interview
The interview went well as I am pretty certain I did well, was assured I'd be back for a 2nd interview. Awaited a call for right at 2 weeks and then tried contacting the interviewer 1st by email then multiple by phone and never got a response nor a call or email back. I was highly disappointed
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Respond a circumstance where in the past I'd gone above and beyond to help a customer in need in detail
They interview via microsoft teams. The interviewer was friendly and professional. The company itself seems legitimate and the job looks desirable. There was a ton of competition for the role. Good luck to any who apply. I have six years of sales experience and I didn't get it.
Phone interview and in person. I was asked to memorize a sales script before in person interview. It's a 100% commission role. You must use your own car and pay for all expenses yourself.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Groundworks (Winston-Salem, NC) in Sep 2025
Interview
Overall, very casual, very laid back team in the Winston office, and the sales manager was friendly and well versed in the positions in terms of answering any questions one would naturally have, really just talked about the position itself rather than doing a back and forth question answer.
