Interview
It was a nice process, but long. Recruiter, head of the team, written assessment, then the C-level. After that, you get a pre-offer, if everything goes well, And finally a background check, interview with the Risk Officer and a polygraph (no personal questions were asked, it was indeed a very friendly polygraph)
