Long and drawn out process. Began with recruiter screening, HR phone interview and online application, Skype interview and in person interview which lasted half a day. Three people interviewed me in person during in person interview. In person interview seemed to be in three categories - HR for character fit, technical for tech capabilities and strategic to assess SEM experience and what skills could be brought to the role.
