I submitted my application. Within 2 weeks I received an email to set up an interview. The interview was at the downtown Chicago office. The day I interviewed there happened to be a big snowstorm. They were very understanding as I was about an hour and a half late. I called to let them know and they said not a problem in the least. I met with two separate people at different times. I took a brief test on basic PC "stuff". I received an offer within 5 days. Started 2 weeks later.
