Recruiter reached out to me via email to set up a phone screening. Phone interview was very casual, the recruiter explained more about the job role, what Groupon office is like and asked about why I was interested in the position. Looked to understand experience with analysing data and strategy experience. Was invited to 1 round interview with two employees, one head of the department and the other head of revenue. I'd describe them as friendly and intelligent.
