Versant test> Group discussion> personal interview. Once completed we proceeded with managerial meeting after that salary package was discussed and the offer letter was issued. And as a final move, we were trained for 1 month and then inducted into the company.

The interview process is good, you will have a versant round as your final round. Before that you will have the Tl round, trainer round. Please prepare. The first round is a Gneral intro. They will give one topic and ask you to speak for two minutes to check your communication.

The entire process was very casual, however it took a long time due to large hiring class. After a while, I assumed I was passed over, but that wasn't the case. Best suggestion, be patient and do not pester the recruiter.
