Series of interviews both online via Zoom and also on calls and in person in the offices, approx 6 interviews in total. I had to do alot of prep work and research on the company and also researched my interviewers and what they might be looking for in a new candidate. After some talks with a recruiter I was invited to the office for a presentation and 2,5 hours of interviews. Be aware that this is for the whole team, >10 designers. Good questions, some were repeated by the previous designers though.

The process started when a designer recruiter contacted me via email. I was then set up on a phone call with a designer. After the phone call I then came into the Chicago office for an in person interview. I had 1 group interview and three 1:1 interviews. This interview last 4 hours long. I was offered a job about 2 weeks later. I then started about 2 weeks after I signed my acceptance letter via email.
