I don't know why a lot of people are complaining about the interview process, they contacted me in Australia to relocate to California and the interview process was with several engineers (3) who were all very nice and interesting. After the 3rd interview I was told that they were looking for a Java programmer and I was more of a PHP programmer so there was no point continuing as the next 2 interviewers would be asking much harder java questions (which I don't think I could have answered).
The 3 interviewers asked some pretty normal questions which were not too hard, basic "how would you do this, how would you write it" and all was done in a small office, in a really decontracted environment.
