Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What does ownership mean to you? Do you think there is a difference between E-Commerce and a traditional IT Infrastructure How do you build relationships with other team members? What do like about your current position and if there was one thing you could change what would it be? Also, they went through my CV and picked out things I said I had done in my current and previous positions so be prepared to discuss those They don't mind if you don't have experience in everything they use, they just want to see that you are willing to learn.
