The process takes place over three interviews generally. A phone Interview with the recruiter and then you'll be offered a chance to come in and meet with the hiring managers. You typically meet with two of them when you come in for two separate interviews. From there you are hired into their Inbound Sales Team which is something of a Junior Sales pool where you are trained in the process.

Interviews are done via skype if you live outside of Chicago.
