Interview
I was apprehensive going into the interview process based on the reviews posted here on glassdoor, but I had a really positive experience! I interviewed with 3 managers, each were professional, punctual, and made sure the interviews didn't feel stiff. The recruiter I was working with was very responsive, after my first interview I received an email about 30 minutes later asking for my next availability. After speaking with the last 2 managers I was offered the job a few hours later via phone call! They were very thorough which I greatly appreciate, answered any questions I had, and I'm happy I got to meet who I'd be interacting with the most once I start so there's no mystery of who my manager will be and how they manage the team. Overall, the interview process was one of the best I've been through and I'm really excited to join the team!

Most questions were situational, for example: how do you de-escalate a situation? Or tell me about a time where you had to fix a mistake you made. As long as you can give specific examples you'll be fine.
