I applied online for this position and was scheduled for an initial 15 minute call with a recruiter within 1.5 weeks. The call felt very rushed. I was asked the next question, before answering the first one. At the end of the 15 minutes, (around the 13 minute mark), I was informed that there is no time for me to ask questions. They informed me that the interview process includes an unpaid take home assignment, and 3 more interviews. The salary listed on the job application was up to 90k, however I was informed highest they can offer is 72k and they are not open for negotiations. Too many red flags to ignore.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Grow Therapy in Jul 2023
Interview
The recruiter that I met with was really sweet and extremely straightforward. The interview process, however, involves a take home assignment that is unpaid. Unpaid assignments tell me that a company will not respect my time. Second, I was told that there are 4 interviews to go through before they make a final decision, with one of them being a mock call. In learning of the role, there didn't seem to be a real distinction between a Customer Success Associate and a Customer Success Manager. Typically, I see companies use the title difference to offer a lower salary. If you are desperate, go through the process and do your best. If you know you are valuable, don't accept being treated as less.

While I didn't directly speak with anyone, the initial interview process involved an extensive take home questionnaire/project to determine how you would handle various scenarios in the position, as well as providing an introductory video.
