I applied online, and within a day or so I received a back-end coding challenge. After completing that, I received an email saying that Grow would like to interview me. The interview was very informal. I interviewed only with the CTO. We took a tour of the facility. He then asked me questions about my experience and my portfolio. He talked about the company and answered my questions. He then told me I would be getting a front-end challenge. I received and completed the front-end challenge. Within the next several days I received an offer.
