      Marketing Copywriter Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grow.com (Orem, UT) in Apr 2018

      Interview

Initial call with HR/recruiter, in-person meeting with Director of Marketing and key members of the team, writing sample/assignment, full team interview, final meeting with the CEO. Overall, the interview process was great. The team was so helpful in answering questions, scheduling around an hour commute, and keeping me updated. The only frustrating experience was with the final decision; I had answered questions about skills and experience that I was assured were not pertinent to the role, but in the end, were what the other candidate was hired for. Ultimately, it was a great experience and I would have loved to work there. Would definitely recommend giving it a shot.
