I applied online. I interviewed at Grow.com (Orem, UT) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process is about as normal as any other tech company in the Lehi area. I was given a coding assignment, had a few interviews with various team members, all of whom seemed to love their job. The interview process was exceptionally long. It took 2.5 months for their team to make a decision and that was difficult to keep asking for updates without any answers. At the time I was notified I didn't receive the offer, I decided to write a review regarding the long interview process. It came across as the company trying to ghost me, so I wasn't sure if I should try and pursue the opportunity any longer. Some time had passed after I wrote the review and saw another position open up, to which I applied, since I was one of the final candidates from before. I got an email from someone in their organization saying he was surprised after reading my review that I would still want a job there after reading my review. He implied that if I delete that review, they'd consider my application. I did delete it and replaced it with a less critical one, only to be ghosted afterwards. I wanted to come back and be honest about my experience, and not write what they wanted me to write. I know this is a good company and most people would really enjoy working here. There are individuals who seem to give the company a bad name, but they are in the minority.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grow.com (Orem, UT) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was pretty painless in general. You got to take a programming test at your own speed and spend time to get to know the team and culture. In general, it was one of the better job interviews that was considerate of time, experience, and answering questions.
