Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grubhub (Houston, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
Interview process was wonderful. Very structured and communication by the recruiter and management with was excellent. There was a screen by the recruiter then 2 additional interviews with Corporate Sales Managers and a final presentation in front of a panel of managers.
Really organized process, the recruiter & team were always in touch I never had to wait more than a few days after an interview round to hear. I did a call with the recruiter, a call with my future manager, a call with another manager on the team, a 30-min presentation & role play exercise to get a feel for the role in front of 5 member of management and then one final call with someone higher up. Typical questions were asked just to make sure I like sales and could succeed in this type of role. Nothing out of the ordinary or surprising! Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was very nice and just made me want the position even more.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grubhub (New York, NY)
Interview
I was first screened by HR, then I had an interview with NY management, again with Boston management, and finally a presentation in NYC. The whole process took about a month and after all of that no one ever got back to me with feedback. I had to follow up 2 times to hear they moved on with a different candidate. Very disappointing that they did not have the decency to contact me after so much time and effort. Sadly this experience has led them to lose a valued customer.
