I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me for a phone call. She said she would get back to me at the end of the week, however I haven’t heard from her for 2+ weeks and she ignored my follow up email. Very bad experience, completely unprofessional recruiter. It doesn’t matter even if it was a rejection, at least you should told me.
