went in once to skype to another office, then went in a last time for multiple interviews. Some questions hard, some not so hard. mostly positive and laid back. Really making sure you are a cultural fit and if you can come in and execute
4 part job interview. Great company to work for if passionate about the restaurant industry. And if you really try and work real hard everything will be just great and dandy

They already chose someone in-house and were just going through the motions wasting my time. They said I was overqualified. Had to give a presentation and they weren’t even paying attention. Asked a few questions. Did not seem like they even wanted to be on the call.
