Interview
I got a call from HR and we had a short phone interview. I was then summoned to a 30 minute video call with the head of product, passed and has a face to face interview with the head of product. The face to face interview was about 90 minutes long.
I was given a home assignment.
After the home assignment there's a panel where you present the assignment and interview with a few other members of the team.
Even though I didn't get an offer, the process was very nice and respectful.

Very efficient. Recruiter was super communicative and friendly. Got referred and next day had a call with recruiter. Next week had two video calls and then the following week one more. They let me know pretty soon after that!

Unprofessional and unimpressive. I found out during the panel interview (last step in the process) that they filled the position I interviewed for internally. So then they interviewed me for a different role for 3 hours.
