Very haphazard. Applied through Linkedin Quick Apply. Interviewer called the next day without advance notice or scheduling ahead of time. Talked for a few minutes unprepared, then gave my salary range, at which point I was told that they were looking for someone with "much less experience" and my target range was too high. Maybe recruiters should look more closely at candidates' resumes before calling them at random?
