The hiring manager for the role reached out for a phone interview, and from there, she had me meet with a team lead/peer. Both conversations went really well from my standpoint, and I was told I'd hear back the following week of next steps. 1 month later, I haven't heard back; I reached out directly the hiring manager to no response and to be completely ghosted. I'm not sure what is so hard about just providing feedback, positive or negative, and I'll be sure to avoid using Grubhub as a service moving forward.
