Interview
The culture was not a good fit for me nor was a good fit for the culture. My interviewers came across as pretentious and mean-spirited. One of the design leads interviewing me actually asked whether I knew how to use JIRA and seemed upset that I didn't. If you're assessing design hires based on how well they know JIRA, you might want to look into hiring a scrum master instead. They also seemed concerned I hadn't worked in Figma before. I'm not sure who they are hiring, but Figma took literally 1/2 day to learn. Happy I didn't get an offer here.
Several rounds, including behavioral, white board challenger, and cross function 1:1s.
Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. That seems to be valued across the whole company, not just the team I interviewed with.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you disagreed with a product manager and how you resolved the situation.
They were all professional. I was however thrown off by the tests they made us do. It did not feel necessary to the role of the job. I think it would be better if they did trial periods.

Hand to use BlueJeans as the video chat software. Had an intro call with the Hiring manager. The next step was a full day of interviews. Spoke with designers product people and a developer in separate 45 minute calls.
