2 over the phone, 3 face-to-face The over the phone with recruiter and hiring manager went extremely well The face-to-face with the hiring manager, a business partner went extremely well The face-to-face with upper level management went OK I was told by the hiring manager when I left that I would hear from the recruiter either way. After a week of not hearing back, I sent follow up notes to the recruiter and hiring manger requesting a status. All communication went silent from their end. My overall experience was OK. My suggestion is if you are going to call people in for a face-to-face, and you decide not to go with the candidate, a follow up note would be appreciated.
