I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grubhub (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
I was set up with a recruiter and then the manager of the team I would be working on. It was very much a get to know you type call to learn your working styles, experience, etc. Then I moved on to a panel where I interviewed with three of the team leads I would be working with. The entire process was very casual and genuine. I absolutely loved all of the people I met with and they were genuinely curious about my experience / wanting to get to know me.

Very efficient. Recruiter was super communicative and friendly. Got referred and next day had a call with recruiter. Next week had two video calls and then the following week one more. They let me know pretty soon after that!

Unprofessional and unimpressive. I found out during the panel interview (last step in the process) that they filled the position I interviewed for internally. So then they interviewed me for a different role for 3 hours.
