Had three total rounds of interviews First Round: - Quick phone call with the recruiter, laid-back conversation and she set me up to speak with the hiring manager Second Round: - Met with the hiring manager. Laid back again, went very well. Got an email from the recruiter a few days later for a panel final-round interview. Prior to the final round interview, they sent a case study to finish. The case study was very straightforward, with basic excel calculations and ideas for action items based on calculations. Final Round: - Three parts to this round. The first was a SQL interview, I definitely was not well prepared for this. Prep for your SQL and know it well. The second part was to go over the case study. That went very well and I hit the nail on the head with my answers. Very engaging discussion about the case study. Lastly, I met with someone else and we went over basic personal questions. Nice guy. Unfortunately, after sending numerous emails to the recruiter, they never got back to me and completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional final experience here. If you don't want to give me the job, at least send me an email telling me.
