The first round was a general screen. Then, I went on to meet with the hiring manager to discuss my background and answer "tell me about a time" type questions. The manager was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She was looking to the side at another screen nearly the entire time and reading the questions verbatim. She did not seem to be an experienced leader or interviewer. I did not want to work for her after this experience.
