Guaranteed Rate Commercial Insurance Producer interview questions

One of the worst initial phone screenings I've ever had. The person was completely uninterested from the get go. Jumped immediately into my experience without telling me anything about guaranteed rate or the position and then gave me very little detail when they did. Probably the first time I've ever zoned out during an interview because nothing they said or indicated was interesting or unique to the company at all. She sounded surprised when I asked some decent questions (because she assumed I was stupid I guess???). All that just to be told my base would be nearly cut in half with a smaller split for the same work, obviously worse leadership, and less support. Don't even attempt to recruit outside of personal lines in high cost of living areas with the amount you are offering. It's embarrassing for everyone involved. Also at least pretend not to be annoyed like I did. had to stop the interview before completion and told her I wasn't interested.
