I first interviewed with Julie McDermott, Director of Recruitment. I was later invited back in for a second interview where I met with a majority of the management staff individually...including Marc Purvis, Director of VP Liftoff.

Short phone interview comes first. Their recruiter will use buzz words, and in hindsight you will realize they are selling you more than asking for qualifications.
Next is an in person interview. You will visit the office and get interviewed by 4 to 6 individuals in management, but each one 1 on 1. You may have waiting time in between, as they don't seem to plan for this when the interviews are scheduled.
