very long. took about 3 months. unprofessional from the get go. you have to do an assignment as well that they don’t even comment on after you submit. waste of time.

Phone interview, in-person interview, met with the director and two team leads, had a voicemail assignment. Smooth process. Very friendly people that I met with. They seemed to be happy and enjoy working there.

Recruiter emailed saying I would be a good fit for the role. I applied and received an initial 30 minute phone interview. Basic behavioral questions: Why guaranteed Rate? What are three strengths? A week later was requested for interview in Chicago. I live in Michigan and company did not offer to compensate for transportation. At the in-person interview, discovered they were more interested in me working as a Business Development Assistant. Way lower pay for this position and it did not interest me.
