I applied via GR website and had a phone screening with a recruiter. She then sent me some personality tests, afterwards I was invited onsite for an interview with 2 managers. When I arrived it appeared that no one knew I was coming. The two people I was supposed to interview with were not there. They gave me another personality test to buy time. Eventually, the sales manager interviewed me-basic, easy questions he asked off the cuff. He was very nice but I got the impression that this was just to cover for the two managers that did not show up. The following week I got an email saying that they were not moving forward with me as a candidate. I am not sure if they had already selected someone for the position or if there was even a position open in the first place. Overall, I was very disappointed and felt like I wasted my time and money going in for the interview. I would not want to work for a company that treats people like that anyways.
