I ended up not continuing the process due to where they were located but the person I talked to on the phone was very nice and personable. I declined an follow up interview but was offered an in person interview. I really enjoyed the opportunity to speak with them. Sounds like an awesome place to work for since they like to promote within and adapt to their employees and use their strengths.
