I applied to multiple positions and didnt end up passing the phone interview for the first one, but i passed the second one cause i remembered the questions they asked and was more prepared. (Why does part-time work for you?, If you have sales experience explain in..etc, Explain a time you went above and beyond for a customer, explain a time you had a difficult customer) and the next week i got a phone call from the branch manager and had a interview with her, that was on a friday. Then the following monday I got a phone call with a job offer.

Felt like it went pretty well!! Both managers were pretty nice! Got positive vibes from both. Fingers crossed! Seems like a pretty okay company to work for. They stress the fact that they do their own marketing so be prepared to approach people in the store and solicit.

I was read questions off of a piece of paper and the branch manager wrote in the answers. After this a sales associate was brought in and I was required to walk around the Kroger with her selling products (I assume a sink or swim scenario to see if I was going to be able to do it.). This was a clear sign of the biggest part of the job was. Don't interview for this thinking you'll be doing a lot of teller work.
