I first had to go through the recruiter and an informational interview with them.
Then I went on to interview with the department I was applying to intern for. Once I went through with the department interview, I was contacted back by the recruiter and had to go through a background check. The recruiter then sent me an offer letter.

Applied online, conducted a phone interview and then was invited to interview in person. Interview was somewhat unprofessional and very easy. After a month still hadn't heard a decision from the recruiter. Reached out to the company twice and never heard any sort of response. Complete waste of my time and energy, and did not feel respected as a candidate.

Applied online, received a call from the recruiter, came in for an interview, then was asked for references. Pretty standard process, nothing too shocking. They were friendly, the receptionists were great. But there was a bit of waiting time and I guess it could've been a bit more efficient.
