Manager is very personable and outgoing, expected to dress business casual. If you just match their energy and positivity, you are much more likely to be considered. Overall a great Interview, and if you don't get accepted, a great practice for future interviews.

Originally came in for a group interview but ended up doing a one-on-one in the store which I actually felt was more comfortable. We walked around the store as the manager asked questions and at the end gave me a scenario and told me to find an outfit for the event. The manager was really nice, the interview went smooth, and got an offer on the spot.
