I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guess? (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2010
Interview
I went into the Guess store at my local mall and asked for an application. They didn't have any on hand so the Assistant Manager on duty asked the sales associated on the floor to go in the back and print one. I filled it out and returned it that same day. I received a call the following day asking if I could come in for an interview. I was interviewed 3 days later with that same Assistant Manager who gave me the application. The interview was very casual. It was really just a conversation allowing him to get to know me. A lot of the questions were about my hobbies, school, past experience and availability.
It was easy and quick, They asked few questions about guess, about my experience and it was a group interview. They asked same questions to everyone. it was just one round of interview
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guess? (Cypress, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
started my interview as seasonal and it was pretty straightforward. Managers should be chill and relax. A lot of behavioral questions was asked and how you deal with situations. If youre seasonal, then you might do a group interview with others.
Really easy, simple just asked about availability and my experience - no specific questions and interviewer was very nice. Easiest interview I’ve ever had, also haven’t recieved an answer yet on whether I was successful
