Unconventional recruitment process. First round written assessment email, second round phone screen, third round superday. Superday consisted of a reception the night prior, and five 30 minute interviews. Firm is very focused on behavioral culture fit.

First round was a take-home writing assessment, then a superday with 4 rounds of interview, asking both behavioural and technical questions. Interviewers were mostly really friendly and more interested in learning more about you and how you suited for the role

Technicals aren't very difficult, and they mostly look at fit.
