I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (Chapel Hill, NC) in Jan 2013
Interview
Straight forward financial interview although the people seemed very uninterested from the beginning despite strong credentials and a solid resume. They both had just got back from playing golf only 10 minutes before the interview, which made me question what I was looking into. Despite this, the interview went well and I answered basic financial questions you'd expect from an analyst position interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners
Interview
Would avoid - had an interviewer with a senior person and he was the rudest interviewer I've encountered (blatantly would raise his voice and would say I was stupid, etc.). Questions were overall easy but he was a very difficult person to deal with
I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
First round screener, excel test, and after they gave a superday. Superday was all behavior with some senior bankers. Overall process took a bit over a month. Does in person interviews.
The interview consisted of technicals with junior bankers, then behaviorals with senior bankers. It was pretty standard for an investment banking interview. It was 1 round of technicals and 2 behavioral interviews.
