Question 1
Asked why they should hire me over one of the other candidates who was more qualified (more aggressive than I had expected but nothing too crazy)
I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
no intermediate round---> straight to superday which was extremely technical which covered a wide variety of things from the time value of money to accounting to the news. After you pass this technical round, you get to talk to two higher ups for your behavioral round which is final
Interview was with 2 associates and then 2 VPs about previous experiences and what you’re looking for in the program. It wasn’t technical, but they definitely wanted to make sure that you were a good fit.
