Interview
Discriminative ! First round call with HR, who indicated they were not looking for 30 years of experience, despite also indicating the need for someone to perform tasks that the current team disliked doing. Offered second round call with the ex receptionist turned Executive Assistant, who appeared on camera from her bedroom. She turned the camera off mid interview without apology, continued the call in that manner, turning the camera back on only to ask if I had any questions for her.
Noteworthy as Very unprofessional to represent such a good company in this manner. Bad experience. Unexpected representation.

Question 1
I was asked if I would be interested in leading a new initiative that the team wasn’t familiar with and had no experience with (despite the need for someone with less than 30 years of experience).
I prepped for a week. Knew their mission and values inside and out. Phone interview lasted 2 minutes. They asked me what it is about the position that I liked. I told them them opportunity to work with the partners and learning as much as I could about the different departments. They told me thank you and said that was all. Guess I didn't give them the answer they wanted. Received an email stating how happy they were to discuss the position with me and that they hoped that I learned something from the interview.
