I applied through campus recruiting and was contacted for a phone interview within two weeks. The interview was supposed to be thirty minutes long, with half of the time devoted to technical questions and half the time devoted to behavioral questions. Yet, my interviewer ended up spending more than an hour with me discussing Guggenheim and my future career prospects. It was one of the most positive experiences I have had in my internship search.

First round was a take-home writing assessment, then a superday with 4 rounds of interview, asking both behavioural and technical questions. Interviewers were mostly really friendly and more interested in learning more about you and how you suited for the role

Technicals aren't very difficult, and they mostly look at fit.
You need to network especially if it's a small office.
