I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
Simple resume screening, phone screening, and Superday in NYC. Easy enough to get through, much less competitive than other banks. Everyone is really nice, they're selective but navigable. You should network with associates before the resume screening process is complete, and applying to multiple divisions is fine.

1R scheduled with analyst and VP. Asked a couple of behavioral questions then moved onto light technicals. Overall pretty simple process, did not network to get in. Did not move on though.
